This is a longer more in-depth initial appointment, for complex and chronic diseases with initial test results. -We explore your health history, and dive deep into body systems, and any imbalances showing up. -We may look at basic previous pathology and medical reports. (Generally better the second consult). -Pharmaceutical interaction checking may be necessary, and further referrals to other practitioners may be suggested.  - Within 48 hours, you will receive a highly personalised treatment plan which we mutually agree to, that can improve your health and wellbeing. This may include dietary suggestions, lifestyle practices, supplementations or herbal assistance, referrals to external practitioners, testing and more. (At least 60 minutes of external work). - A follow up email to check in within the first week post consult.  - Relevant reading materials, apps, books or handouts to assist in your health journey. - Any supplements, herbal medicine, or functional testing are at an additional cost.

Book this as your very first standard appointment. This consult includes: -60 minutes of comprehensive and compassionate enquiry into health, lifestyle, diet, family medical history, personal observations and mindset.  - Within 48 hours, you will receive a highly personalised treatment plan which we mutually agree to, that can improve your health and wellbeing. This may include dietary suggestions, lifestyle practices, supplementations or herbal assistance, referrals to external practitioners, testing and more. This appointment type is designed as a secondary appt, or extended follow-up to discuss results or further case taking. ​A 45 minute consult appointment to discuss your progress, and assess how the treatment plan is working for you, including diet, lifestyle or supplement revision. - Pathology results maybe discussed. - Deeper dive into your health story and any blockages you may have around change.  - Updated treatment plan (30min). -  Follow up email 2 weeks post consult.

A 30 minute consult to discuss your progress, address any questions or concerns, adverse reactions or changes in symptoms since the last consult. -We will discuss any blockages you may be having if you are feeling like you can't stay on track, and adapt your plan to better suit your needs.  -This consult is a good check in consult for rescripts needed for general health.  - Acute illness or infection support.  *Not to be booked for a results discussion, please book a 45min. * For current clients only
