As of March 2025, it was announced that private health rebates for Naturopathy will be reinstated. Some health funds do offer some level of cover for Naturopathy but many of the main funds still do not. I do not provide private health rebates at this stage. Medicare does not cover Naturopathy.

Yes, absolutely. We can check contraindications using software to compare naturopathic products, including herbs, and nutraceuticals with medication you may be on, and determine the level of safety. This is always our priority to provide top quality, conscious care for our clients.

It is dependant upon the individual and often related to how chronic the health issue is we are working to rebalance. Initially I like to see client's once a month at least after the initial consult, to check in on treatment and progress and further tweak the treatment plan if necessary. Again I would recommend a follow up 4-6 weeks after that.It is dependent upon whether there is testing to get done and review also. It is also dependant upon an individual's finances and what is affordable for them. I will always endeavour to work within your budget. Generally it may be necessary to have 3-4 appointments within a 6 mth period, as Naturopathy is not a quick fix. Our larger packages are designed to work together over a period of 6 months or so.

I create client's accounts through an online website called Vital.ly where you can login and order the products which were recommended for you. This way you can manage your items as needed. This allows convenient ordering and shipping, from the comfort of home.
