Alchemical Heart is built around that same idea — that meaningful change occurs through understanding, awareness and transformation.
Through naturopathy, herbal medicine and education, my work is ultimately about helping people reconnect with their bodies, their health and the natural world — and giving them the knowledge to care for themselves.
